I also noticed on the company website (after I finally got my tub cleaned out) they recommend the following approach for really stubborn ones: Fill above jets, add product, run jets for 30 minutes. So no need to refill tub up to top and rinse out the jets?** A: I always let the cleaner circulate for 15-30 minutes, then drain and clean the ring around the tub . Fill again with cold water and let it run for 15-30 minutes, it usually clears out even more scunge. Wipe the tube down again and depending on how dirty you think the jets are, run another cycle cleaner/water and fresh water to rinse jets again. This product really does work.
