**Q: Is the bar smooth? And has anyone tried muscle ups on it?**
A: The bar is smooth and its handled muscle ups with my weight at 15 stone :) all I needed for 2 45kg plates on stand too :)

**Q: I need it for squats. What is the appox maximum height to set the barbell ?**
A: don't know max height but I'm 5ft11 and I do squats with this no problem

**Q: how wide is it?**
A: Designed for Olympic length barbell, not the short ones.

**Q: Someone here says that the bar height is 200cm but the bar height is also detailed as 220cm. Can anyone give a definite measurement of the bar height?**
A: 220cm

Could be sturdier as feels a little rickety when racking anything above 140kg. But generally it's held up and kept going. Have needed to tighten lower frame bolts once or twice but otherwise has done the job

Just very average.The rubber on the J Hooks comes off straight away. Its only glued on and comes off too easily. We only went up to 140kg for squats on this, wouldnt want to test it with any heavier even though it is rated over 200kg
