Great customer service. The spray you hope you never need.. Got some items from a recently vacated home, later found out they had bedbugs there! I prefer to use natural treatments whenever possible, so purchased this. However - I found a bug on an item I’d brought home, sprayed this directly on it and the bug casually continued to move about like it owned the place. Shiver. Promptly tossed the item in the trash and proceeded to vacuum like a crazy person, obsessively check every possible nook & cranny, put sticky traps all over the house, and vacuumed some more. And then some more for good measure. This spray smells good at least! And might work for fleas or something… didn’t seem to do it for the bedbug tho.. maybe it would be enough to ward them off your luggage while traveling? YUCK!!
