If you need a lot of water I would go with something bigger. The grip is easy on the hands and the fact you can squeeze the bottle helps for the quick sip while you run rather than angling the bottle as you run. The pouch stretches a bit and can hold keys, credit cards, hotel room keys, etc. The pouch is NOT large enough for an iPhone 6s Plus or similar size phone. This forced me to leave my phone at home and run with a smaller iPod, which is probably better as it means no phone calls interrupting my runs. ### ⭐⭐ Like I was milking a cow *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2017* This bottle DOES NOT hold 17 ounces, not even 16 ounces. Even for runs less than 6 miles I usually fill twice in the summer. The bite valve is hard to use on the run, and the emptier the flask becomes, the harder it is to get fluid out- I felt like I was milking a cow. Fluids did not stay colder than they did in my plastic bottles.In theory it sounds like a good idea, but I live in Houston, and water just doesn't stay cold unless you use ice, and personally I use koozies- especially neoprene. Wish it held a little more, but I knew the size when I made my purchase. My reason for not giving 5 stars is that you need to be careful to pull the flask from the pouch a little or you can easily cross thread the lid which will lead to water leaking everywhere. Because you need to pull the flask away from the pouch, I don't feel you can fill to it's full capacity. All this said, it's good what I wanted it for...a lightweight liquid source that I can easily carry while running my shorter runs of 10 miles or under, depending on the heat.
