Certainly join more than 6”. I’m 6’4”, and a tall garment is sometimes a bit too long for me. I just tuck in the excess. I think it varies by manufacturer. **Q: I am 6"3 325 muscular what size you i need** A: likely 3 to 4 XL or XLT. Use a measuring tape under your arms or string on stright ruler to measure the perimiter of your chest. Next measure your waist then wrist to wrist with arms extended. Divide wrist to wrist by 2. Measure base of neck. Those are your measurements. **Q: Does it fit nice around the wrist or loose** A: They fit nicely on the arm and wrist, not too tight. The fabric is very stretchy and light. I ama bigger guy so I didn't want to be shrink wrapped. Next I ordered my actual size and they fit great. I have to wear a black undershirt as part of my uniform for work. These are great! I got the XLT so they would stay tucked. I am actually going to order more and get some in different colors just to wear.
