The Still Sitting Standard Support Cushion in Slate Blue is a versatile 14" x 14" x 2" cushion made with a 100% cotton shell and batting, perfect for enhancing comfort during meditation or everyday seating.

## Description

This versatile, 14 x 14 inch cushion offers support in multiple ways. You may want to put one or two under a zafu in order to give you the height you need to sit comfortably. They can be used in other ways – to prop up a knee that doesn’t touch the floor, tucked under an ankle, or as a cushion over a meditation bench. A classic set of meditation cushions include a zabuton, a zafu, and a support cushion. The support cushion may be placed directly under the zafu in order to give one more height, but commonly it is placed under and a little behind the zafu in order to roll the pelvis forward, and strengthen the lower back. Still Sitting offers Support Cushions in a variety of colors. This cushion does not have a removeable cover.
