A: Absolutely. Just shampoo and good to go.

A: not sure but I don't think it is oil. it doesn't leave your hands oily and it washes out really easy.

I tried a few different products now and this is the best one so far. Nice scent, easy to apply, no residue or clumping the hair, nice matt finish with some added hair volume, and a good hold. I have no complaints. I can only recommend it.
