Apply Metanium Cream liberally wearing gloves as it is an amazing product for reducing soreness quickly but its thick. It used to be yellow in colour, it’s now white but you still don’t wanna get it on any fabrics at home, including carpets as it’s just a rich consistency that’ll cling on for dear life. It’s great for healing and protecting our skin tho.
