Reading the reviews most people mention the usbc ends popping off the cable. I used electric tape as a stopper to protect it. But after inspecting more, I no longer thing it's pulling it's own heads off retracting. In my opinion, users are probably pulling on the usbc ends to extend it rather than pulling on the cables to extend it. Hating on a product because of user error is unfair. Imagine it's a baby and you want to pick it up, do you pick it up by the head or the body? Same principle with this.
