Is this compatible with the microsanner pro?

I've bought two of these from two different vendors stating that it works with any tester. It does not work with the Fluke MicroScanner2. Funny thing is two of the contacts inside the rj45 port are raised up on both the ones I bought. It is not like this on the original terminator cap. I tried playing with the MicroScanner2 settings but this is not compatible. Will have my purchasing agent submit for a return. Still searching for the correct terminator cap.

What is this versus the wiremap adaptor?

The remote identifier kit allows you to map out your testing environment. Each of the identifiers is meant to be plugged into a coax or RJ45 wall jack using the "male" connectors on either end. Whereas the Wiremap Adapter and the Cable IQ are outfitted with the "female" coax and RJ45 ports. Aside from those differences, they work in the same way by providing you with full wiremap testing.
