The garlic is fermented at high temperatures and finally aged to develop the sweetest notes possible. Since Trader Joe’s ceased carrying this product due to low sales, I was hard-presses not to find it again. So I went online to trusty desertcart, saw many companies making it. But I had to scroll slowly and carefully to select the right one, even if it’s still a gamble. I dismissed the bad reviews (although there were some good ones - like this one!), and took a chance and ordered from North American Black Garlic. I was more than pleased and very impressed with your product. Every bulb came full and complete, fresh and delicious, and very quick delivery as well. I will definitely be ordering again and wouldn’t even consider another company. Great job!!

,,, Rite from the Start i Knew it was Something Different, And I Immediately liked the Taste. About an Hour or so I felt a difference in ny Lungs, I was Breathing Better. Now that I’m doing this Product on a daily basis I can say it’s stronger than Plain Garlic by far. There is a difference an the Sweet Taste is like eating Candy, I’m Sold On it .
