According to my research, Bison Tallow isn’t supposed to have a strong smell at all. Well, this is some strong smelling stuff. I made my butter at 70% BT all the way down to 18% & no amount of fragrance or Essential Oils at max allowed rates could mask the smell, I might as well have been using Wagyu tallow.
