Their tech support is top quality, happy to send a replacement should you need one, but they work hard to resolve the issue over the phone. I’ve had a couple problems, but fixed easily with guidance. It works way better with a computer rather than a mobile. You get more problems using a mobile. 99% of the time I’ve had no issues since I started using a computer which they recommend to me. I use this thing a lot so I’m happy with how well it’s held up so far. I upgraded from a silhoette machine. There is lots you can do with it, and it is fun to use and experiment. I love that it is small, but good for A4 sized cutting, which is what I use most. It is easy to use with Bluetooth connection from my IPad or phone. It came with a good selection of products to practice with. There are instructions online, and through the cricut app. You get one months free subscription to cricut access - that was helpful, as it gave me a good idea of things I can make, you can use it without the subscription once you have the hang of things.
