If you follow the instructions and go online and register the card with his name, address and phone number you can use the card to pay at the pump. So, if you go online to the website indicated on the back of the card, complete the registration process, you can use the card to pay at the pump by entering your ZIP Code.Secondly, the card can be used online with US merchant, but not for anything that would be billed on a regular basis, like a monthly subscription service that auto bills on the first of each month for example.
