Microphones connect seamlessly to the amp, and the amp is loud enough for a small gathering (I use it for work presentations). The amp has Bluetooth so you can sync it with your computer or phone to play music. The only downside is you can't use Bluetooth to make the microphones an audio input on your computer (which is a bummer, but again, it's two mics and an amp for $120). ***A NOTE ABOUT BATTERIES AND THE MICROPHONES*** I put Amazon Basics batteries in the microphones, and one didn't turn on and the other only displayed one bar of battery. I swapped them out for Panasonic batteries and they both turned on with full bars of battery charge no problem.
