That I can get prompt service.
Every thing was fine except I ordered the wrong connection. Due to the low cost, I will keep it for emergencies.

Limited documentation.
The Picture is great with my older TV, a JVC purchased back in 2006. I am using the AV inputs (have not tried S-Video). However I am not getting any sound on the TV. I haven't taken the time to troubleshoot it. I just used the earphone jack (from my Laptop) to a set of external speakers, which I prefer using anyway. The problem may be me or my old equipment, Any way I am happy.

Works for 1 year
Worked to translate dish receiver, cable receiver, and streaming box to RCA/S-video until the micro USB power port got unreliable. Poor internal support for the power port. Treat it carefully.

Great HDMI to SVideo converter
It was very easy to install, and it worked great after turning on the projection TV and my TV streaming device (Roku)
