For the price of this box it is simply outstanding. It comes with the standard, but better than usual quality and design with remote. It might be worth getting a Bluetooth mini keyboard to make it easier to type and move around apps. Super easy to set up and operate. It is just like having a computer built into your TV. The quality of the picture (4k) is simply great with great clear text and graphics. The speed is really impressive with fast response navigation and app opening.It comes pretty much as a clean install with not much on it so you can choose to download apps that suit you.I love the freedom of adding on apps from the play store, from SD card or from downloading. So much freedom with this device, not like some that have their own graphics environment that only give limited access to the apps available, this box is full android 8.1 right out of the box with no limitations which I'm pleased about.It has two USB ports so no problems using a wireless keyboard and mouse. You have a SD card port for reading your own movies, pictures and apps. You can use an external hard drive to download, record and backup your content. This box is a lot smaller than now tv box so takes up less space, and also can be taken on holiday with us for movies on the go.All in all a really great value way of making your TV a smart 4K TV. Highly recommend ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very quick box *by D*** on 15 August 2018* I bought a cheap android box from amazon a few months ago. it was fine but did struggle with certain apps so decided to upgrade to this as it has more memory and much higher spec. So far so good and loads everything I’ve thrown at it with ease. Would definitely recommend spending a bit more for a higher spec like this as you do get what you pay for! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ More Expensive – But Is There Any More Performance? *by 9***U on 14 August 2018* Up until now I had been using an Android box running 7.1, however it was getting on a bit and an update any further will not be supported, so I decided to go for a newer Android 8.1 model.I stumbled across this unit and seeing that it had almost double the hardware specs, for roughly what I paid for my older model a couple of years ago, bit the bullet.I haven’t used Android 8.1 before so was unsure what to expect, but I have to say I’m not all that impressed. I’m yet to determine if this is because of the box itself, or the Android software. Whilst I do agree with other reviewers that the user interface is very clean and neat, the responsiveness of my box was not up to the standard of my previous unit.Saying that, when you got into a video stream from YouTube or NetFlix it played flawlessly.
