Both the Deco X68 (2-Pack) and Deco W7200 (2-Pack) have the same technical specifications; however they are sold in separate marketplaces. **Q: Do I need to buy extra hardware for this to work?** A: This will work with your modem you will not need extra equipment. However I will caution you on using a second unit without a ethernet cable connecting the 2 units. It will work but you will lose half your speed because half of it would go to communicating with the primary router. They make units that work wirelessly without that loss those are tri-band units, if you want to do it without wires I recommend one that has tri band and they plaster that marketing all over it. This will be true of any mesh Wi-Fi system that doesn't have at least tri band or a wire running between them. **Q: Which 5ghz band is used for backhaul? 1802 mbps or 1201 mbps?** A: 5GHz 2, the 1201 Mbps is the dedicated backhaul.
