Fantastic! I will never purchase anything but these from now on. They even hold solder to the top for the ground better. Noiseless, smooth, good taper.

working great in my baja tele. i like the taper and smooth rotation. hoping this lasts longer than my last two fender push button s1 pots.

Super flimsy lugs. One broke on installation, now the pot is useless. I've installed hundreds of pots and was looking to try this encased version. It sucks. If you're looking for this type of solution buy a Bornes, it's the original design Dunlop is trying to copy.

Easily one of the best pots I've ever used. Can't recommend this enough and I've been working on guitars for well over 15 years now.

This sealed Dunlop pot is not cleanable but on the flip side is also not nearly as susceptible to getting dirty or oxidizing. To test it, we removed a fairly new CTS 450G audio taper 250K solid brass shaft volume pot from our shop Tele and installed this sealed Dunlop solid aluminum shaft 250k pot in it to test it out. This exotic Tele is primarily a Warmoth koa / mahogany Tele that we use to test a lot of odd /interesting Tele parts in/on, (like different treble bleed circuits, tone caps, pickups, different saddles, and lots more unorthodox stuff). Currently, this unique guitar has a very normal configuration with a Lindy Fralin Hybrid Special bridge pup and a Jason Lollar 52T neck pup and just a normal 3-way CRL pup selector switch. The guitar just screams. In this configuration, we feel the taper and friction of the Dunlop DSP250S volume pot are about the same as the CTS 450G volume pot we removed. We noticed no discernible difference in tone, taper or feel to warrant the extra cost, which was almost triple that of the CTS. As a similar comparison, we have other guitars in our shop that have older sealed Allen & Bradley and Bournes volume & tone pots that are definitely scratchy from dirt and/or oxidation inside with no way to clean them out due to being sealed. This Dunlop pot seems like another good candidate for that same issue with no real benefit. This does not mean it won't serve you well. Each application is different so your results may vary. We will say that electric guitars have always come with cheap pots. Even the CTS 450G is better than what you find in most electrics. The good thing about open back pots is that you can clean them with electronics cleaner/deoxidizer when they become dirty. You can also lubricate them.

Not worth the price or the hype imo.

I've come to use only these when building guitars or basses. they have even resistance when twisting and are super smooth.

Tested on two multimeters and leads 226k for a 250k volume wasn’t good enough. Loose that much volume with brand new signature Bonamassa signed single coils with the fender wax paper .5mf . Really disappointed. First time not CTS TAOS pots 5% max. Not cheap as a veteran pensioner to waste 🤷‍♂️
