I would have the phone on and be using it and all of the sudden it would not respond to touch, it would not work at ALL. The only way it would respond back to touch is if the power went off and you restarted it, but you would never know how long it would last could be hours could be seconds. The only thing you did know is it would stop working again and fairly soon. the screen is garbage!. I tried to return to AMAZON, in fact i thought i did, i talked to someone in returns from AMAZON saying i wanted to return it, while it was within the return period. They said do not bother returning it, keep it and we will give your money back. By the time i chocked if my money was returned, the return period was over and i got nothing except a defective replacement screen. Now i had to buy another all over again.
