A: No you don’t need to cook them before eating but you can cook them if you prefer them softer. I would google recipes for them, they can be enjoyed many different ways.

A: The liquid in the jar of Lupini Beans is Water.

**Q: are these the sweet lupinis?**
A: I don't believe Lupini's can be sweet to be quite honest with you.... I guess they could be put in a sweet solution however I don't think they would take on the sweetness.....

**Q: Are these organic?**
A: Never actually read the label that close. But they are the best tasting Lupini Beans I have found, and I put Lupini Beans in just everything (within reason).
