How long does the flavor last or how long should you keep the bottle before disposing?

Can be used to mix glitter on cakes?

Do you want to mix and put the glitter on the frosting after the cake has been frosted ? I have said in past reviews that I NEVER use IMITATION anything in cooking (and I used to cater). I would probably make "simple syrup" and mix the glitter in that so that the lemon flavor would not be there. I have a big bottle of the McCormick pure lemon extract and it is clear not yellow like the bottle pictured. Simple syrup would also be clear.

Does this come in a glass bottle? Thanks

Though I do not use McCormick Pure Lemon extract, I believe that it probably comes in a plastic bottle same as the Imitation Almond extract that I use.
