I couldn't even log into my account to take pictures of my inventory. I kept going back and forth with customer service and they did nothing. So now I have no idea what is where and I can't search for my things and they don't even have a backup of my lists. With no warning at all. I was FURIOUS.I've been boxing things up to move and the app and labels have been a lifesaver, I've been recommending them to everyone! Very easy to use and incredibly convenient. The labels are sturdy and come with three per code so you can have them on multiple sides. You can search the app for what you're looking for if you need to find something specific that you've packed, and you can add where you're storing it in the details so it's easy to locate. The only downside is there's only 5 photos per label and you have to add and save them one at a time, but that's pretty minor. I just take pictures of groups of things in one box, or you could make a picture collage and save that. Would be nice if you could have more pics and select multiple to add at once though.I had an issue with migrating when they changed their app and the customer service was fantastic. It's spread over the garage, basement and attic. Trying to find anything was a huge pain and very time consuming. Most boxes had felt pen writing or a label that might have been accurate once but now was useless so we had to dig through multiple boxes to find anything.The Livible labels are great and make it super easy to find anything. You can add pictures, create folders and then use search to find it. When you change the contents it's easy to update it using their free iPhone app. You can also print a complete list so you know what you have at a glance.
