I just referenced the instructions, however I got the 2 handles backwards because I wasn’t paying attention. I had my impact drill with bit, so I corrected it quickly. I am 67 and 190 lb. One small issue is that the pads close higher on my leg then the narrow of my ankle. As a result, I need to slide upside down downward a few inches before I hit the stops at my ankles. Then coming back upright takes a little more effort since my balance point has shifted. **Q: Are you able to easily fold this up for esy storage? Or would you have to get tools and partially disassemble it?** A: It doesn't fold up very small (a disappointment) as you have to leave it partially open so it sets on both front and back legs. I made the mistake of putting the pin where they suggest for storage, then forgetting to remove it before opening it; the pin got crammed into the storage hole and needed pliers to pull it out. It looks like a lot to put together but it was easy. The reason I didn't give a full five star hmmm....one part came broken which is the cover for the inversion levels I got some crazy glue and its ok. The table is very sturdy but we found another problem that they can possibly change when designing, it states the headrest is adjustable, it is by screwing and unscrewing it. It would make sense to use a pin to be able to adjust it easily. We also like that by removing the pin it can fold easily however, the table doesn't have a pin to lock it in place when folded. It's to soon to tell if it worked on my back I just used it twice since we put it together but I will update soon. It is a great buy overall It's sturdy solid, well made. Definitely the inflatable pillow is a plus. Update: So far it's great but I just have the same issues as posted before and found that I am re-engineering the design of the ankle area, the lock and release should be on the side frame not to interfere with the ankle area and will make it easier to mount and jump out or slide down without injury.
