We have used it for two years now, and all my children are thriving well on it. My only complaint is that this package was sent via FedEx instead of ups. Fedex not only lost my package once, but because of it my package arrived later than expected (though they have yet to admit that is why the package was late). When the package finally did arrive the outside box was heavily damaged, and the box appeared to have been thrown (not sat) on my children's trampoline, causing a very large hole in the trampoline mat. The weather outside was extremely hot and humid, and the box was left in the elements for some time. It is now over a week later and I am still trying to get something done about this.
