Unfortunately one of the 2 sets we purchased was missing 1 of the square bottoms that go in the bin. No way to contact BASTUO and Amazon would replace the set of 6 with another if we shipped it back so it wasn't worth it for one of those. I cut a piece out of the Amazon box they came in. All the parts there would be a 5 star.UPDATED: After a month and a half 2 handles have tore off. BASTUO has contacted me multiple times about sending new cubes but that has yet to actually happen. I'm unsure if we got a bad batch or if they are just that cheaply made.UPDATE 2: After my last update the replacements were finally shipped. Items arrived quickly in perfect shape.
