I googled the ingredients and from what I read it is gluten free, casein free and sugar free. It really works! My son takes his vitamins like a champ! **Q: Does this work well with the huge fish oil pills?** A: This product does not work at all. Tried it several times and it did not help with swallowing any size pill. Best solution for people who have trouble swallowing pills, is to put the pill inside a piece of food and then just swallowed a piece of food whole. I think it is a mental issue for people and their gag reflex to reject a pill but not to reject a piece of food. I would give this product zero stars. **Q: Can you spray the pill itself? I have a pill w/ a terrible smell. Trouble isn't swallowing, it is gagging due to the smell** A: You can and I do. It works great. I spray the pill itself in my hand and get it doused in the liquid and then I spray my throat and then I take the pill. That is what works best for me, for sure.
