First off I know my review is late that was intentionally done this is a long term review I have lactose problems to where flem gets caught in my throat and I turn blue or purple and start chocking now ived tried 4 different protein powder company brands bought at multiple stores: nutribio is only one i got from amazon and here is my unbiased review and comparison best overall 1st= NUTRIBIO unflavored protein powder 79 servings= great product no side effects complete label transparency and customer service is amazing they take there time and talk with you i would recommend them to others any day of the week, 2nd= OPTIMUM NUTRITION 100% GOLD STANDARD WHEY double rich chocolate 74 servings purchased at walmart = this product is complete garbage 1st it has a protein blend mixture with no percentage breakdown, 2nd it has cocoa powder that is processed with akali which is 20-30 times sweeter than Stevia it dosnt mix well, and it made my heart beat to fast to the point i can hear my heart beat from my ears after 60 days of using it, 3rd=BODY TECH chocolate flavor 71 servings purchased at vitamin shoppe= in short its a placebo it has no taste I mixed with water and milk it tasted bland it also has cocoa processed with akali I don't understand how that's possible I would not recommend this product it's a waste of money 4th= SUNWARRIOR PROTEIN POWDER chocolate 90 servings bought via sunwarrior website= in short pure garbage, it has organic Dutch chocolate which is nice clean ingredient then right after they put organic chocolate flavor, and they have 4 different artificial sweetners it was extremely sweet and never mixed right and again was like I was using a placebo I made the mistake of getting there creatine too and that's it now for something else that needs to be said and in my opinion every 1 STAR REVIEW: that says the label is misleading needs to be taken off due to LACK OF INGREDIENT RESEARCH IS FROM THE CUSTOMER SIDE = SUNFLOWER LETCHIN this ingredient is used for increased shelf life, taste consistency, and color of the product other than that I will buy from them again in the future.

This has been the protein of choice for my husband and I for the last 3 years. He used to manage a GNC store, so over the years we tried almost every protein commonly available in stores - at least 30 brands. This is absolutely a hassle- and worry-free protein not just for people who train heavy but for those starting light to tone or lose weight. Major pros: - All BCCAs and amino acids needed for building and maintaining muscle, even with low-calorie diets If you're looking to stay lean and get muscle definition, the calorie count is reasonable and practically no sugar - No fat, lactose, soy, fake or spiking ingredients that take away from the purpose of the product If you're a female who's already consuming soy to cut on calories and/or fats, adding more soy puts you at risk of hormonal imbalance - Easy to blend and works great with citric fruit (pineapple, frozen tangerine, etc.) or good old strawberries and bananas If you've tried enough brands, you'll know that some powders can get ruined when you add even a banana or you can't take the powdery taste out of them Note: with any high protein diet you want to drink plenty of water to avoid bloating. If you ever have issues evaluate your diet for a good balance, it shouldn't be the protein causing issues. I hope you find this helpful.

NutraBio is the first brand I have found that offers a truly favorless version. I've probably bought 40 tubs of whey isolate in my lifetime (62 Years Old) and have always been limited to milkshake flavors (Vanilla, vanilla Cream, Chocolate, Dutch Chocolate, Strawberry, Strawberry Extreme, Bananas Foster....:) ) I finally have a non-taste isolate that blends cleanly and mixes thoroughly. NutraBio has been my reliable source for other supplements (Arginine, Creatine, etc) so I have always had total confidence in their product line. The advantage of this non-flavor is that I can mix it with anything I want. Low Carb hydration drinks, Iced Coffee, flavored water, Cranberry juice, Coconut Water....etc... And if I want, milk and milk flavorings (Hershey's chocolate, Vanilla extract and Stevia...etc. to get back to my milkshake versions. PROS - Blends quickly and completely Truly non-taste Does not change the "mouthfeel" of the original liquid you are using No impact to my belly whatsoever (no gas, cramping or bloating) This can be added to any food (Oatmeal, Soup, Cereal (blended with milk), Baked Goods...) An easy way to add supplemental protein through the day without focusing on "Milk Shakes" only CONS - The powder seems a bit statically charged so it tends to want to cling to stuff, not a real problem at all If you want a high quality Whey Isolate that lets you "mix what you want", try this flavorless version and stock up on a flavor variety of hydration drinks.

I have purchased this product in a 2 lb can a few times before and it first it is good but after a while way before the expiration date the protein has a nasty rancid smell to it and I'm not sure if it's still good or not. I contacted the manufacturer they said they would test the product batch or send me new product and never did either. Customer service is nonexistent!!!

I like using this Whey Protein as it is very hard to find unflavoured Whey that is Kosher-Halal Certified. I dont like the taste but I add my own flavors to change the taste. I used to use it a lot more when it was cheaper. They decided to up the price to $80 this year (2019). I am pretty upset with this but I have no choice as there is no other alternative. Overall I am pretty satisfied with this product and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a Kosher-Halal Certified Whey product.

The problem with the flavored sups is not the manufacturer but the user. DO NOT overthink it and don't try to come up with some elaborate concoctions to make the flavored sups taste less horrible. They won't. Unflavored is the way to go. Just mix it with cold water and chug it like a glass of milk. Don't use a blender and don't over-shake it so it doesn't foam (who likes foamy milk lol). This product is great quality so it mixes very well. I use one of those small electric coffee mixers or a spoon. No clumps. Finally, best thing about this product is the quality control. It is 3rd party tested and you can check the results online. Just follow instructions on the listing. Well worth the money.

I had a gastric sleeve so I am always looking for a protein source to make sure I'm getting enough protein every day. I've tried so many unflavored protein powders and this is by far my favorite. I don't care what anyone says, I'm not convinced GenePro has the protein claimed. In fact, I'm convinced the only reason why people can't taste it is because the serving size is so small and there's no way it's delivering 30g/in a tablespoon. Isopure, Syntrax Nectar and Quest all had strong odor and flavor that made it impossible to ignore. Once I found NutraBio, I stopped looking. It's the lowest odor and flavor of any brand I've tried for the serving size that actually delivers the protein promised. They are third party verified and tested to ensure quality. I love the brand for this product because I can't stand flavored protein powders after my surgery. My tastebuds have been permanently changed, I can't stand artificial sweeteners and flavored protein powders all taste too sweet even if I cut them with extra liquid. I can also taste all the artificial sweeteners and they nauseate me or give me horrific headaches. This powder has been a life saver for me. I put a scoop in my coffee every morning with a cup of hot milk, water and 4T of vanilla coffee mate creamer. I use instant coffee and this mix just works for me to start my day every day. I'm almost 2 full years post op, I've lost over 100 pounds and kept it off with my routine. I can't imagine my life without this surgery and products like this. Give it a try if you're still looking for a good unflavored option.

I have tried to like this, but I can't. It smells too much like baby formula when it is opened, and even though it is unflavored, it has a slight taste. I have to blend it for a really long time to get it to dissolve, or it is gritty. I will stick to the flavored protein powders.
