It was not the easiest to install, even with the instructions but me and my electrician figured it out. My biggest complaint is that at least 4 of the Crystals were chipped even though they were individually wrapped very nicely. I had one extra Crystal but it was cracked completely in two through the loop hole. We had to rearrange the chipped Crystals to face inward and higher to be less noticeable. The blades are very nice and no one knows that this chandelier is actually a ceiling fan. It puts out A LOT of air and cools you down more than any other ceiling fan in my home and it is quiet. The are two types of lighting (daylight and warm) but both of them are WAY TOO bright. I wish there was a way to dim them. Overall, I am satisfied other than the chipped Crystals. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Gorgeous *by M***F on Reviewed in the United States on August 26, 2018* After 2 days, LED driver went out, no lights. Trying to get help from Amazon to contact seller. Too much trouble. Not happy. Absolutely worth the money, spent $253.00. Good that it came with 2 extra crystals, 1 was broken in half across the bottom, the other didn't have the hole drilled all the way through. Also has a nifty remote holder you can screw into wall. Love the different blue-white light and golden glow light, can't tell much difference in blue-white and 3rd color tone. Also love that it's a rose gold color instead of gold or brass.
