It’s a universal mount - lots of options without modifications. My machine wasn’t listed as a direct fit (2017 teryx) and it went on fine. The winch was actually more difficult- and that was supposed to be a direct fit.
Once mounted it plowed excellent all last winter and we get a lot of snow

will this fix a 1999 jeep cherokee

No  With a little fabrication you could get it to connect to your Jeep.  You would also need to get a way to lift it.  The real problem s that it is not wide enough.  Measure he width of your jeep from the outside of you right front wheel to the outside of your left front.  That should be greater that the width of the Switchblade.  For a snow plow to work properly the wheels are on dry pavement just cleaned by the plow .
