You strobe someone in pitch dark running at you that’s drunk or stoned they lose all coordination especially if you turn it off and dart in different directions before turning it on again…it really confuses them…especially if you yell at them in a made-up language at the same time doing it. Excellent options for light levels, and the bottom dial and button switch’s are easy to figure out - much better controls then most I have tried.
