## Description

A new addition to the popular and high performing AGA cast aluminium range. Gives even cooking and the grooves of the griddle catch any fat ensuring no spills on to the oven floor. Ideal for grilling chicken skewers, bacon chops and grilled fruit, burgers, sausages, steaks and a whole host of foods. Easy clean and lightweight. Features three layers of non-stick coating. Dimensions: 38 x 26.5cm. Preheat for 5 minutes on the floor of the AGA roasting oven. When using an AGA Total Control please ensure your AGA Total Control Floor Grid (A5767) is in place. Please note when using an AGA Total Control Cooker any recipe requiring over 30 minutes cooking time will require the use of the AGA Total Control Floor grid. Additional information on getting the best from your AGA Floor griddle. The AGA floor griddle features 3 layers of Teflon Platinum plus non stick coating. Before first use, wipe clean. It is not recommended to heat the griddle when empty on a high heat. Always ensure the griddle contains sufficient fat or oil- or the food is adequately coated before placing in the hot oven. We do not recommend pre heating in the roasting oven for periods of longer than 5 minutes at a time. Do not plunge in to cold water after use. If using in a TC AGA, please ensure you place the AGA Floor Grid on the floor of the oven first. If using a traditional or DC model, place the griddle directly on to the floor of the oven, ensuring you have added required fat or liquid with the food.

Originally ordered for an AGA, but in constant use now in an electric oven. The ribbed plate makes perfect oven chips, sausages, grills, even pizzas, and feels secure and solid in handling. Easy to clean too - delighted with this and have since ordered another !
