Shampoo is great, it is the packaging that is the problem. The bottle arrived in two layers of bubble wrap. That is a good thing. Once you get past the bubble wrap, it has a screw on cap. Once you unscrew the cap, there is a plastic plug in the bottle. Once you get the plug out (which is not easy), you can then screw in the pump. Once you get the pump in, you will find that it does not unscrew. You are then left with a bottle of shampoo with a non-functional pump. They really need to look at the packaging and the non-functional pump.

Wow....my natural hair was so soft and bouncy all the way to the tips. Nice twist out after washing it out. I didn't feel as if I had to rinse my hair twice. I just tried this because I wanted to try a shampoo with all those toxic ingredients. Will buy 2 more bottles.

Pretty nice shampoo. It smells pleasant, not overbearing, and you don't need much to get a nice lather, so I think it will last me a long time. Price seems fair. Definitely not going to leak on you during delivery as it is shrink-wrapped like crazy and then further secured inside with a regular cap that must be removed and then a stopper inside of that that must be removed before you put the pump into it. That's my one gripe, actually - that stopper on the inside is super hard to remove. No way to grip it, really, and it's in there pretty good, so you basically have to pry it out with a knife while being careful not to damage the neck of the bottle. Little annoying, but if you are concerned it will leak, it MOST DEFINITELY will not.

Wow, I'm very impressed with this shampoo! It smells so clean and fresh, very citrus-y. It lathers well and rinses clean. I did use my regular conditioner with it, and honestly was afraid it all might weigh my hair down, since it's a "hydrating" formula. But it was a rainy day and I had to be in public and couldn't risk the FRIZZ of no conditioner. I could tell as soon as I blow dried my hair that I had a winner, because my hair was smooth and shiny. It looked like I had already used heat tools on it. Then the real test: I did get sprinkled on in the rain, which normally poufs my hair right out, but after using this shampoo my hair stayed put after being in the rain. SHOCK! I have read that the reason why hair frizzes in rain is because the shafts are too dry and they grab the moisture out of the air then swell up, and evidently this shampoo is hydrating enough to prevent that. But the big plus about this shampoo is, it also did NOT weigh my hair down, and now on day 2 it still looks clean, not oily. The bottle was sealed well and came with a separate pump. The plug in the bottle was a bit of a challenge, I finally used a knife tip to pry it out. The pump is one of those that you press down and twist to open into use position, and it was a bear to get open (like some of them are), but I finally did. Be sure to pay attention to the direction of the arrows. That was a bit unnecessary as the pump is separate from the bottle anyways, but I suppose they are probably mass produced that way. It was just slightly annoying. All in all I am very happy with this shampoo and would definitely buy again and I recommend it!
