    They Don't Roll Up!!

I like these bands. They don't roll up at all when I'm doing jump squats, hip abduction or any other exercise. I purchased them hoping they didn't roll up and it turned out to be a good buy. The difference in resistance on each band is the circumference of the band, not the tension in the band. The smaller circumference band would be similar to using a "heavy"  booty band. My only complaint is the width of the bands. If the bands were about half the size, I think I could get a better range of motion with certain exercises. Still a good buy!!

These definitely work to help target all of your glute and leg muscles better! I do like these a lot better than the rubber bands. I'm a small person and the medium and the small are both really useful. The large kinda falls off and doesn't work as well for me, but I'm also only 5'1" and 120 lbs. I kinda wish there was a size between the medium and the small (the small is REALLY small), but overall I was happy with them and my purchase!

These are super tight. I love the quality but I’ll be glad when they give just a bit more. Squats and gluts bridges are good pairings thought. Walking side steps, not so much.
