## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful machine
*by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 13 December 2025*

Beautiful laptop! The body of this machine is 9/10. Really awesome given the price. There are some minor cosmetic details that are barely visible in some keys and in the corners; but hey - it's a used device.I initially had an issue with the software on the machine, and so I visited the seller's shop. He changed the device for me on the spot and even offered me tea!Really nice guy. I would buy from him anytime.I'm very happy with the purchase and I would 100% recommend it.

### ⭐ Never buy such things on Amazon
*by on Reviewed in the United Arab Emirates 19 October 2026*

Just stopped working 3 weeks ago. Amazon support claimed it should be repaired by Apple. Apple service says they do not repair. Amazon requested stamped letter from Apple service that they do not repair. Apple service said only email can be provided. Amazon support said then they cannot help anymore =)) Now I am stuck with non working laptop and nobody can help
