Review: Absolutely no excuse to send mis-match colored hardware. - The brackets are exactly what I was looking for. Nice BLACK brackets for my project. Unfortunately, the screws they sent are brass-colored. It is absolutely infuriating to have to go pick up hardware that matches. I would definitely not buy again.

**Q: Will these work as replacements for the wood finger-jointed brackets found on vintage wood chairs? (I have some that are missing their corner brackets**
A: I didn't use them as you intend. And i decided i needed more strength than they provide.  My answer was to double them up.  I used them to strengthen the corners of home made beds.  Made when my skills failed to provide long term strength.  Doubled up they are extra strong.  Good luck.
