The first ingredient is refinery syrup which is a byproduct of refining cane sugar. The second ingredient on the list is honey which means there's actually more refinery syrup than actual honey in the product. **Q: Is this product still made with refinery syrup?** A: Our Granulated Honey does contain sugar in order to keep this product in a powdered state. Otherwise, the honey would tend to revert to it's liquid form. Save your money on this and put it toward one of their awesome dairy-based powdered cheese, heavy cream, and granulated eggs instead.
