## Description

Review: Mine is truly a beautiful work of art - 5 stars from me. When i saw it came I was too excited. I love kukris. This is my fourth technically 5th cause I gave one away to someone wanted one. Never had a Damascus one, I have a Damascus dagger and karambit. I just find Damascus fascinating. It does come with an oil coating, but anyone that knows Damascus knows the high carbon steel is prone to rust. Just wipe it off but if it’s kept completely dry for a period of time especially in a humid environment, it, will, rust. These metals and blades require care. The pattern on mine I think is just amazing. I have tried to use it, weight feels good, handle feels good in the hand, the weight, the swinging, balance, and it held up. Came with a good edge and bevel, no chips or anything and i was using it on decently hard wood. I quit after so long cause I just felt bad for swinging it cause how much I love it. For the money yes definitely worth it. Strong, dependable, good forge work and a work of art. Just requires a little extra love so she won’t rust
Review: A piece of artwork in the blade world - It is very much a kukri the Damascus layers are clearly visible and detailed. The blades edged is scary sharp. The balance is good the handle flares out pretty well it's comfortable in the hand even in reverse grip. Functionality is amazing and the blade is thick mine was straight and had good edge right out the box. HOWEVER, I DID NOTICE RUST ON THE BLADE. Now I understand that this might be considered a budget friendly knife however I would have thought that it being a Damascus layered blade it would take more time to rust. But it's a feicre kukri and will go through about anything. It's a beast of blade. Other than the little bit of rusting on the blade. Well done 👍 anyone look for a first time kukri you might actually consider this one.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: is the blade full width all the way down the handle or is it just much narrower at the end going down the handle ?**
A: It is narrow a bit in order to keep the size of handle suitable to hold. It doesn't work well by keeping the blade same or not that narrower towards handle.

**Q: Mine has several rust spots after only two months! It was not in the scabbard during this time. How do I remove them?**
A: I personally hate poshland knives... I and a terrible experience... The knives look great but can be dangerous to use... That being said, carefully buff the rusty spots with super fine sand paper... Unfortunately, their metals are soft, and there's almost no way of avoiding some scratches... I guess you could try wet sanding, but make sure you ALWAYS keep a thin coat of oil on the blade to prevent rust...

**Q: Is the blade comparable to stainless steel? Could this rust?**
A: All stainless steel can eventually rust.

**Q: Is it full tang**
A: Obviously no it has a pommel and you can't see any rivets or pens holding the scales on that means it's not a Full Tang. It's a piece of wood to a hidden Tang

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this sword
*by A***E on December 9, 2025*

The sword is beautiful. I love the Damascus steel etched in on it. It is very sharp and very sturdy and is the size I expected it to be. However, the one thing that lacks is the handle it’s very plain and boring and doesn’t have any of the unique rings around it like it shows the picture. A bit of false advertisement.
