Die Flasche ist optisch wirklich sehr schön und macht insgesamt einen guten Eindruck. Besonders wichtig war mir, dass sie sich gut reinigen lässt. Die einzelnen Teile lassen sich problemlos auseinandernehmen und die Flasche kann auch in die Spülmaschine – für mich ein großer Pluspunkt.Ein kleines Manko gibt es allerdings: Der Dichtungsring im Deckel sitzt bei mir locker und löst sich gelegentlich. Die Flasche ist trotzdem weiterhin dicht, daher ist das für mich kein großes Problem.Sehr positiv möchte ich außerdem den Kundenservice hervorheben. Der Flasche lag eine Kontaktkarte bei, über die ich mich direkt per E-Mail an den Support gewendet habe. Auf meine Nachricht wurde schnell und sehr freundlich reagiert und mir wurde direkt Ersatz zugeschickt.Insgesamt bin ich daher sehr zufrieden – schöne Flasche, unkomplizierte Reinigung und vor allem ein wirklich netter und hilfsbereiter Kundenservice.

Une excellente gourde !
C'est une excellente gourde. Elle est légère, ne possède aucun goût désagréable et elle est esthétiquement très jolie, elle fait son effet. En plus de ça, le service client est au top, si vous avez le moindre souci ils sont là pour vous aider. J'ai testé de nombreuses gourdes et c'est de loin celle que je préfère, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
