**Q: What is the water to powder proportions? The bag doesn't have very clear instructions. Thank you.**
A: Bring 1 and 3/4 cup of water to a boil in deep pan. Pour in 1/2 cup. Mix thoroughly with your wooden stick. To make it lighter, add water to your preference, but I suggest adding a little at a time. Want it thicker? Leave on low heat for a couple minutes or as desired

**Q: what are the ingredients used in this product?**
A: The ingredients list is one of the pictures on this item.  It looks like "processed dehydrated yam flour" and some sort of preservative.  I don't know what the dehydrated yam flour is, but it appears there's some yam in there

**Q: Is this available without BHT?**
A: I don't believe it is

**Q: Does this expired ?**
A: The package does not indicate expiration date. Our best guess is use similar criteria for any flour package.
