I will put myself in the corner after I wrote this. Ethical, ecological and sustainability issue be damned. When I'm feeling lazy and have some pasta on hand, this is the sauce I grab for a quick meal. Honestly, Classico has a lot of nice sauces. It's just that this address the extra umami and headier cheesey notes my inner child is screaming for. It's not a cream sauce by any means. There's a hint of Parm, romano, asiago and ricotta. ALWAY heat the sauce before serving. Don't ask. Just do it. (Take it out of the jar first, obvs!) Wish they still did the extra large jars 😭 Wash the jar and reuse it for holding literally anything.
