It looks great and worked well, until my 3 cats began using it. One cat was afraid of it- so technically we only had two cats using it while the other used another regular litter box we have. There was and is ALWAYS AN ISSUE. There’s always a sensor messed up or a paused cleaning leaving the pee and poop exposed making my house smell AWFUL. Not to mention that due to it turning there is poop smeared all over the insides and on the built in “scooper” itself. It’s disgusting. I am so unhappy with this purchase. I tried to wait it out, using different types and amounts of litter to see if that would help with the poop smears all on the inside- nothing gives. We purchased a good old fashioned litter box and will go back to having two regular litter boxes- and scooping daily.
