Meal One Overnight Oats, Variety Pack - 7 Pack

I recently tried Meal One Overnight Oats by Kreatures of Habit, and I’m absolutely impressed! With 30g of high-quality protein per serving, plus probiotics and digestive enzymes for gut health, this meal is a powerhouse. It’s also plant-powered with vitamin D3, high in fiber, and packed with electrolytes—plus, it has zero added sugar! What I love most is how convenient it is. Prepped in just a minute, the oats soak overnight and are ready to go in the morning. The flavor is smooth and satisfying without being overly sweet, and it keeps me energized and full throughout the day. I highly recommend Meal One Overnight Oats by Kreatures of Habit for anyone looking for a nutritious, time-saving breakfast option. It’s truly made a difference in my routine! Five stars!

I have ordered this product in the past and really loved it so I know what it's supposed to taste like. I was extremely disappointed to find these to be completely rancid. Even though the expiration dates were 2026-27, something was very very wrong. I tried three of the 7 packages and they tasted, bitter, sour, yeasty, and like they were mixed with a bit of paint thinner. Absolutely horrible - I was worried I would get food poisoning from tasting them. Amazon wouldn't allow a refund, I contacted the company and am hopeful they will fix their product and send out a fresh replacement, and if not, I will never order their product again.

I got this because I wanted an overnight oatmeal with more protein than Oats Overnight. Personally, I did not like this. So far I’ve only tried the blueberry banana out of the variety pack and the texture and flavor was terrible. The protein powder in it is extremely chalky. It’s sweetened with monk fruit but it doesn’t have enough to make it edible. It has blue spirulina which is good but it does make it an unappetizing bright blue color. I also would recommend more oats vs seeds although I’m sure that is one reason it has more protein. It’s also quite pricey when there are a lot of products with added protein that are better. Overall, it is very healthy but not worth it since I can’t bring myself to eat more than a few bites.

Gave this product a try after reviews online. I purchased the variety pack for $34.99 that came with 7 different flavors. I will say, at $5/packet this is rather pricey. You do get double the protien compared to other products as well as clean ingredients. I was not necessarily a fan of the taste of any of the packets. Some were better than others, but overall I did not feel any where enough “to write home about”. The ingredients are of course great, and clean. The packaging and marketing was done very well. I haven’t yet noticed a difference in my health or appetite, and it did not seem very filling. Overall if you don’t care about paying $5/paxket - this would be for you if you’re on the go frequently. I personally do not think the value is worth the cost of the product, but that is solely my own opinion.

I’ve tried a lot of meal replacements over the years, and Kreatures of Habit MEAL ONE really stands out. The convenience alone is a huge win. it fits perfectly into my routine. What impressed me most is the nutrition profile. Getting 30g of plant-based protein with no added sugar is rare, and I love that it’s both gluten-free and dairy-free. It keeps me full for hours without feeling heavy. The variety pack is also a great touch because it lets you switch things up. Every flavor I tried was enjoyable, with a smooth texture and no chalky aftertaste (which is usually my biggest complaint with protein products). Overall, this has become a staple in my mornings and even as a quick lunch option when I’m busy. If you’re looking for something clean, filling, and genuinely tasty, this is definitely worth trying. I will most certainly have this in my pantry at all times.

I prepared this last night and tasted it this morning and I found the taste to be revolting, I've had other overnight oats that I liked a lot but this product is awful!

This hits the spot! As an active person running between the gym, work, and kid’s school events I’m happy to have found a meal I can easily bring with me. The option to try all 7 flavors has been great.

It is very gritty/ chalky. Love the 30g of protein and vitamin D but that odd mouth feel ruins it for me. Tried the variety pack and none of the flavors seem to redeem that texture. The roasted pumpkin seeds tried and were a nice touch...
