Such a great towel and a great price. It is a medium plush towel with a great size for those who like oversized towels . The color is rich and pigmented and it washes good. Just received them to hoping for durability . It is medium thickness and absorbency seems good .

Help hearts not sewn in the towel
Color & size is great. However 2 of the towels have threads that didn't connect during the manufacturing of towel. What's going to happen when I wash then?

I received the towels yesterday, a four pack, o washed them and when I went to fold them I noticed the first one I folded had strings hanging from them like they’d been shredded, then I picked up the last one and there’s a literal hole and the material is just sitting on the towels like a ball of yarn. This is absolutely deplorable. One wash without one use and the towels are essentially useless. I tried to contact the manufacturer per their instructions and operation hours yet no one is available even though the website states someone should be. Never again. I’ve never had towels just disintegrate after one wash. Absolutely unsettling.
