I wouldn't have thought it if I had read the reviews first and was already disappointed, expecting a poor product. Upon receiving it and pulling out of the box, the pieces appeared to be uneven as other reviewers had said. However, after taking it out of the plastic wrap and standing it up it looks totally fine! The pieces just had a little space between each of them which resulted in the uneven look inside the package, but I think it may be necessary for them to stack well on their own. I set them up for my kids to see when they woke up from their nap and they were both excited. My 4yo son instantly turn them into weapons, though lol...and then horns. Then they discovered more ways to turn and stack and line them up. So far, I'm happy with this purchase! I'm a little wary of their durability with how rough my kids are...however, I think most little kids are rough with toys so they should be durable. Looks like they'll hold up just fine with normal, gentle play, though. The pieces aren't perfectly smooth and it looks like particles under the paint. I don't, however, think that's worth subtracting a star.
