I made sure the wheels were unlocked of course. After moving the cart into place, I noticed it looked like it was tipping forward. Upon closer inspection I realized the casters were bent where the caster inserts into the cart!! This is unacceptable given its brand new, was not overloaded past max weight, and was barely moved halfway across a room. Now I’m afraid if kids are around it could tip easily and injure them. Or even adults for that matter. It’s too much of a hassle to return at this point, so I’m just going to try and straighten the casters out and replace them with some better ones. Disappointing! I’m giving two stars for aesthetics and the drawers. Update- the seller offered a refund due to the defect. I am updating my review for the great customer service.
