I have used this about 5-6 times in the last few months to mill hard red wheat berries for my sourdough loaves and I have really enjoyed it. It doesn’t mill the berries super fine but for my breads it turns out to be perfect. So if you need your flour to be really fine, I would go ahead and just purchase a nice grain mill. This product may not be for you if you’re looking for super fine flour.
