Easy to set up, replaced damage router that had stopped working
Had to replace a router that stopped working properly, was able to set this one up in the app in a few minutes and internet was back up and running.

Power supply does not provide 57.0 volts required for STARLINK Gen 3 unit.
Product appears to show a 57 volt power supply but what was actually sent was a 20 volt power supply. The STARLINK Gen 3 requires 57.0 volts to operate. Deceptive.

Definitely not new!!! It was missing the power cord and wouldn't power on. Dont waste your time and order from starlink app.

I only get one piece is the router I don't receive the dish and it should come with the dish how it going to work whiteout that dish don't understand
