The first was that the unit detection buzzer would not switch off. And this is very annoying as passing people and vehicules kept triggering it. The other was that the furthest camera from the unit kept losing its picture, due to poor signal. Both these problems have now been rectified, thanks to the advice given by Abby at Tonton service. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality and performance of this unit. Having read what everyone was saying I looked at Tonton's other listings and reviews and concluded that it had to be within my capabilities to do this, and that if i had a problem , i was guaranteed support. So i made the purchase. What can i say. The box arrived. I unpacked it. I followed the simple instructions and had watched YouTube video guides. Within minutes , all the cameras and the NVR were all working in the kitchen. I then set about installing them at the front and back of the house. This took me two days because of the way I did it and ran the power sources etc. I then walk mounted the NVR snd (excuse the non tech language) piggy backed one camera onto another ro enhance its wifi quality. So simple I didnt even need any instructions! Over the next few days the system slowed down a d then stopped working with the phone app. I tried several things without success. I contacted customer services via WhatsApp. Wow what an experience. Despite being in bed, she replied to me and said dont worry I will sort this for you. I was sent by email two files to update the NVR snd the cameras and full instructions on how to do this. She made sure I was totally comfortable with the process before I started. I uploaded the files onto the nvr snd upgraded the nvr snd cameras...boom...all working, and all is perfect! The help I received was kind, professional and immediate. I then made a mistake when ordering a further camera. Customer services realised what I had done and contacted me via whatsapp to explain my error and immediately offered me advice on what I should have purchased, how to do so, how it would work with my system a and a discount to help me make the further purchase. Without doubt the best customer service experience I have ever experienced in any product I have ever purchased. Quite outstanding!!!! And the product matches it. Screen and cameras turn off sometimes but come back on quickly but you have to use the mouse each time to set privacy. Picture quality is average in the daytime. Night picture quality is ok but not brilliant as number plates are difficult to make out. Its very easy to set up though and its ok for the price. Monitor is about the right size, its not too big as to be intrusive but its big enough to see all 4 cameras easily. The sensativity of the cameras is easily set off no matter what setting you use.
