## Description

The Adesso AKB-425UB industrial-sized EasyTouch ™ keypad features an integrated Glidepoint® touch pad and a 1U compact design for standard industrial applications. This industrial keyboard is designed according to the EIA-RS-310C specification, which is one of the most standardized specifications for drawer mounting. This makes the AKB-425UB easily adapted to different mountings. In addition, it offers a flexible selection of large keyboards functions while meeting industrial environmental requirements.

Review: Great space saving keyboard - This is sold as a rackmount keyboard but it works great for home or office. The width is about an inch more than a "tenkeyless" keyboard, this one has the numpad and arrow keys. I don't use the touchpad so I can't say much about it except it does work. The typing feel is firm, with not much tactile feedback, but a solid soft thunk at the bottom of travel. It's a classic rubber dome keyboard like we all used in the 90s Edit: I'm not sure why I said in my original review that it doesn't have much tactile feedback. Maybe it needed to break in. I've since gone through several mechanical and rubber dome keyboards, and this is my favorite so I've gone back to it. It's not too firm, not too clacky, but with a nice positive feedback, and the keys don't wobble. Great for gaming and typing. I don't use the touchpad at all
Review: Does not fit an 8" keyboard tray if there's a back lip. - Keyboard is working great, but it's just a smidge too long to fit in an 8" keyboard rack tray if there's a back lip on it. Not a big deal, I had another flat sliding tray I used instead.

### ⭐⭐ Clunky

This keyboard is just ok. The keys are loud and clunky. The touch pad works well but the left and right click buttons being to the side is annoying. Location of the delete, pg up and of down buttons - eh. All things I’ll get used to but if the keyboard was a little less clunky it would make up for a lot.
